Court prolongs arrest of Magomedov brothers until Sep 30
MOSCOW, Jun 26 (PRIME) -- The Moscow City Court has prolonged arrest of multi-industry holding Summa Group’s co-owner Ziyavudin Magomedov and his brother Magomed accused of fraud and creation of an organized crime group until September 30, a spokesperson for the court told PRIME on Wednesday.
The court also extended arrest of Artur Maksidov, CEO of Summa’s construction subsidiary Inteks.
In March 2018, the Tverskoi District Court of Moscow sanctioned arrest of the Magomedov brothers on charges of a 2.5 billion ruble embezzlement and also arrested Maksidov on charges of 669 million ruble embezzlement.
